Ultimate Development Group offers a wide range of opportunities for players that attend our club, junior and Elite academies. Through existing and developing links all players will have the chance to develop their football skills and look at different pathways depending on their ability and what they want from their future.

Some of the opportunities available include:

Professional football Camps

UDG pride themselves on their contacts and  networking system, they have great relationships with numerous professional clubs from all around the world. Both Stoke City and WBA (both EPL clubs)  will host weekend camps (every 6 months) where coaches from these clubs will come to the Gold Coast to deliver coaching sessions and evaluate the players

USA Scholarships

UDG have successfully organized and run football tours for 15, 16, -17 Year olds who are interested in gaining football scholarships at Universities across the USA.

Mayors Cup: Las Vegas Tournament

The tours include:

-          Playing in THE BIGGEST College scouting tournament in America.

-          High intensity pre tour training sessions, over a period of 3-4 months

-          Educational advice and guidance on scholarships in the USA,

-          A number of games played against Universities in the USA (watched by representatives from a number of different Universities, 204 coaches registered last year to attend the tournament),

-          Fitness and conditioning coaching for maximum performance (before, during and after the tour)

-          A number of excursions and visits to some of America’s most famous places and landmarks.

-          Memories, friendships and contacts that will never fade

Coaching Opportunities

For well motivated and reliable players UDG offers a number of different coaching positions within its organisation. These include opportunities to work in Childcare centres and Kindys on their new innovative multi skills program and also football coaching positions (these may be in a supportive role or independently at clubs or during football camps during holidays/ weekends).

As part of the program all players will work with well qualified, experienced and knowledgeable coaches who will be available to mentor and give advice during an induction into the company and during their coaching sessions (the mentors will also be able to provide information regarding upcoming and relevant coaching courses). Working for UDG will allow participants the opportunity to earn money, whilst becoming qualified and gaining valuable coaching experience.

N.B coaches must have a current blue card before they can start working for UDG.
